Associate Professor

Markus Törmänen (S’06–M’10–SM’12) received the M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2002 and the PhD degree in Circuit Design in 2010 from Lund University, Sweden. He was a Research Engineer at Lund University in 2003-2006; Department of Electroscience (2003-2004) and MAX-lab (2004-2006). He was Assistant Professor at Lund University in 2010-2014, and since 2014 he has been Associate Professor. He has authored or co-authored more than 40 international peer reviewed journal and conference papers. He has been awarded the IEEE Senior Member grade, and he is currently the PI of two projects with funding from the Swedish Research Council (VR) and VINNOVA. His research interests include design of analog, RF, microwave, and mm-wave circuits.
